Shipping Policy

ORNAEA will ship your order for free within the United States.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please provide us with a physical address in the 'ship to' portion of your order.

Please note, that no matter which carrier is used, we cannot guarantee any delivery date or times unless shipment dates are guaranteed by the carrier. There may be delays with UPS, USPS or DHL that are out of our control.

INSURANCE

Everything we ship, both domestically and internationally, is completely insured by Shopify Insurance.

ALL ORDERS OVER $1000 WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE

TRACKING

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders will be shipped via DHL (or other international shipper) and there will be a shipping charge associated with all orders shipping outside the US.

We are happy to ship internationally provided it is being sent to the billing address associated with the credit card being used. If PayPal is being used, they will do their own address verification.

When receiving orders outside of the United States, you will be responsible for all taxes/duties incurred through the customs department of the country to which you are shipping.

It is possible that some orders can experience delays in customs. We have no control over these delays and ask that you contact your local customs for more information.
