The sizing of rings is often a tricky process. Factors including air travel or hot weather can contribute to finger size. We guarantee that rings will be the size ordered; however, we can’t know the size of your finger.
It’s a good idea to be sized a couple of times before ordering a ring to determine an accurate size. If you believe that your hand may be swollen, we strongly suggest you wait to order a ring until an accurate size can be determined by visiting a jeweler in your hometown.
Most rings that we carry can be sized, however, due to the design of certain rings, as in an eternity band, a new ring may need to be ordered in your specified size instead of sizing the exact size ring available online. Therefore, it is important to make sure that the correct size is being ordered from the beginning.
After a ring is special ordered or sized it is only returnable for store credit. There are no refunds for special-order or sized rings. If a ring is being sized up or down two sizes or more, there may be an additional charge.
If any special ordered or sized ring needs a size adjustment a second time due to it not fitting correctly, there will be an additional sizing fee. The customer is responsible for the shipping
charge to and from ORNAEA for every additional ring sizing. We recommend that you always insure the shipment for the total cost of the piece.
Estimated delivery time for sizing varies depending on the designer’s normal lead times and the availability of materials, but an estimate can be anywhere from 2- 4 weeks.
