We get it... sometimes what you get just doesn't work out.
We accept returns within the USA within 30 days of your delivery date.
To be eligible for return, jewelry must be unworn, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging, complete with packing slip.
All returns are handled via email. To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label within 2 business days, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your return is processed you will be refunded through your original method of payment in the amount of the item(s) minus the return shipping charges. Returns outside of this time frame will be issued an electronic gift card.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. If the item was special ordered or sized, such as a ring, it is not returnable. Please see Ring Sizing (link here) for more information.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
